Janet, of English origin, was probably one of the first tourists in Dénia. She arrived in the city in 1959, where she fell in love with the entrepreneur and visionary Miguel Ferrer and decided to adopt the exceptional surrondings, the quality of life and the Mediterranean light as her new home.

The Ferrer family is so passionate about this environment that they have always taken great care to ensure that their buildings fit in with the landscape. Today, Janet and Miguel's legacy is maintained by their children, Josephine and Miguel, and their grandchildren.
